Return and Refund Policy
At TheFormeLabs, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a return for reasons other than a defect, damage, or incorrect item, the product must be in its original condition, with all original accessories and packaging included, and must be suitable for resale.
Products that have been damaged through misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the product instructions may not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
Do not send the product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, TheFormeLabs will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate return solution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at formelabs2014@gmail.com and provide your order number and, when applicable, photographs or video showing the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or a full refund. In certain cases, we may not require you to return the damaged or defective product.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that once we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the funds to your account.

Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Products damaged because the care or usage instructions were not followed
- Products returned without the required accessories or components
- Products returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, except where the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item
Sale Items
Sale items and products purchased using a discount code are eligible for return under the same 30-day return policy, provided they meet the applicable return conditions.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us first. We will determine whether a replacement or refund is the most appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations

We can only guarantee cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.
