Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the nature of our global dropshipping operations, some delays may occur beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: TheFormelabs™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us at formelabs2014@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund without the need for a return.
